Meet Your Studio Manager
Jill Baglini
Founder & Studio Manager
Jill is the ceramic artist and educator behind Nook Ceramics Studio. With over a decade of experience working with clay and managing a high school ceramics program, she brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to both her practice and the day-to-day operations of the studio. Jill runs Nook with care, warmth, and intention, maintaining an organized, supportive environment for both independent work and collaboration.
She values clear systems, shared responsibility, and open communication, and has designed the studio in a way that keeps things running smoothly: from labeled systems & storage to intentional material and glaze management. A lifelong learner, Jill is approachable and invested in her members work, welcoming questions and doing her best to support each potter’s individual visions and ideas. At Nook, membership reflects her belief that a calm, well-run studio grounded in mutual care allows both the work and the community to thrive.
